한국에가면(이하 "앱")은 한국 방문 때 할 일을 체크리스트로 정리하고 여행 영수증을 만들어 주는 서비스로, 원앤톤(won&tone, 대표 황지원, 이하 "운영자")이 iOS 앱, Android 앱과 웹사이트(whenivisitkorea.now-then.dev)로 제공합니다. 이 방침은 운영자가 앱과 웹사이트에서 처리하는 개인정보에 적용됩니다.
앱은 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며 이름, 전화번호, 계정 정보를 받지 않습니다. 체크리스트 선택, 여행 일정, 메모, 가격처럼 이용자가 입력한 정보는 기기 안에만 저장하고 운영자에게 보내지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
사용 통계와 오류 기록은 앱 설정에서 사용 통계를 켠 경우에만 수집합니다(기본값 꺼짐). 끄면 사용 통계는 바로 멈추고, 오류 기록은 앱을 다시 실행한 뒤부터 멈추므로 그 전에 생긴 오류 기록은 전송될 수 있습니다.
앱이 통화 환산을 위해 ExchangeRate-API(open.er-api.com)에 직접 접속하거나, 앱과 웹사이트가 글꼴 같은 공개 파일을 외부 전송망(Google Fonts, jsDelivr 등)에서 불러올 때는 접속에 쓰이는 IP 주소와 기기, 브라우저 정보가 그 회사에 전달됩니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. iOS 앱 일부 버전의 광고 정보는 제2조와 같이 Google이 직접 수집합니다. 웹사이트는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 화면 언어 설정만 이용자의 브라우저에 저장합니다. 웹사이트는 이용자를 추적하지 않으므로 브라우저의 추적 거부(Do Not Track) 신호에 따라 달라지는 처리가 없습니다.
iOS 앱 중 Google AdMob 광고 모듈이 들어 있는 버전은 무료 운영을 위해 광고를 표시했으며, 2026년 10월 15일 광고 단위를 삭제한 뒤로는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 이 버전을 쓰는 동안에는 앱을 켤 때 광고 모듈이 실행되어 아래 정보를 Google LLC(미국)로 직접 보낼 수 있으며, Google이 자체 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy)에 따라 처리하고 보관합니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다. Android 앱과 웹사이트에는 광고 모듈이 없습니다.
운영자는 법령에 따른 요구가 있는 경우 외에는 보유한 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 제2조의 광고 정보는 운영자가 받거나 전달하지 않고 Google LLC가 앱의 광고 모듈로 직접 수집해 자체 책임으로 처리합니다.
운영자는 Google LLC(Firebase)와 Vercel Inc.와 맺은 데이터 처리 약관에 따라 이들이 이 방침과 같은 수준으로 개인정보를 보호하도록 하고 있습니다. 제2조의 광고 정보는 Google 이 자체 개인정보처리방침과 광고 데이터 보호 약관에 따라 보호합니다.
운영자는 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다. 전송은 모두 네트워크(HTTPS)로 이루어집니다.
보유 기간이 끝났거나 목적을 이룬 개인정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 문의 메일은 보유 기간이 지나면 삭제하고, 수탁자가 보관하는 기록은 각 수탁자의 절차에 따라 자동 삭제됩니다. 다른 법령에 따라 따로 보존하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
이용자와 법정대리인은 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지와 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 제10조 이메일로 요청하시면 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드리며, 대리인은 위임 사실을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 함께 보내 주셔야 합니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제해 바로 지울 수 있고, 사용 통계는 앱 설정에서 바로 끌 수 있습니다. 요청을 거절하거나 일부만 처리하면 그 이유와 이의 제기 방법을 알려 드리며, 같은 이메일로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
미국에서 앱스토어가 연령 정보를 제공하는 주에서는 앱이 스토어가 알려 주는 연령대를 기기 안에서만 읽어 연령에 맞는 제한에 쓰며, 연령대를 저장하거나 보내지 않습니다. 성인으로 확인되지 않으면 사용 통계를 켤 수 없습니다.
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 관리 계정의 접근 권한을 운영자 본인으로 제한하는 조치, 이용자가 입력한 정보를 서버에 두지 않고 기기 안에만 저장하는 구조로 개인정보를 보호합니다.
본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 시행일 최소 7일 전 안내합니다. 중대한 변경(신규 데이터 수집, 제3자 제공 확대 등)은 최소 30일 전 공지합니다.

Korea Receipt ("App") is a service that helps you organize things to do when visiting Korea as a checklist and makes a travel receipt. It is provided as an iOS app, an Android app, and a website (whenivisitkorea.now-then.dev) by won&tone (representative: Jiwon Hwang, "we"). This policy applies to personal information we process through the App and the website.
There is no sign-up or login, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or account information. What you enter, such as checklist selections, travel dates, memos, and prices, is stored only on your device, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the App.
Usage statistics and crash records are collected only if you turn on usage statistics in the App settings (off by default). When you turn it off, usage statistics stop at once; crash records stop after the App is restarted, so crash records created before then may still be sent.
When the App connects directly to ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) to convert currencies, or when the App or the website loads public files such as fonts from outside delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and similar), the IP address and device or browser information used for the connection reach that company. We do not receive or keep this information. Advertising data in some versions of the iOS app is collected directly by Google, as described in Section 2. The website does not use cookies and stores only your display language setting in your browser. Because the website does not track you, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Versions of the iOS app that contain the Google AdMob ad module showed ads to keep the App free. No ads have been shown since the ad units were deleted on October 15, 2026. While you use such a version, the ad module runs when the App starts and may send the data below directly to Google LLC (United States), which processes and keeps it under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive or store this data. The Android app and the website do not contain the ad module.
We do not provide personal information we hold to third parties except where required by law. The advertising data in Section 2 is not received or passed on by us; Google LLC collects it directly through the ad module in the App and processes it on its own responsibility.
Under the data processing terms we have with Google LLC (Firebase) and Vercel Inc., they protect personal information to the same standard as this policy. The advertising data in Section 2 is protected by Google under its own privacy policy and advertising data protection terms.
We transfer personal information abroad as shown below. All transfers are made over the network (HTTPS).
The bases in this section are transfer grounds under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. For users in the EEA and the UK: the legal basis for usage statistics and crash records is your consent, and the legal basis for inquiry emails, website access logs, and loading public files such as fonts from outside delivery networks is our legitimate interest in answering you and providing the App and the website. Transfers to Google LLC and Vercel Inc. rely on the adequacy decisions for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, under which they are certified. Providing personal information is not a statutory or contractual requirement; if you do not turn on usage statistics or do not email us, you can still use every feature of the App.
For users in mainland China: the overseas recipient of usage statistics, crash records, and inquiry emails is Google LLC (googlekrsupport@google.com), which receives them for the purposes, in the way, and for the periods described above. You can exercise your rights over this information, including access, copying, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent, by emailing us at the address in Section 10 or by turning off usage statistics in the App settings.
Personal information is deleted without delay, in a way that cannot be restored, when its retention period ends or its purpose is achieved. Inquiry emails are deleted when their retention period ends, and records kept by service providers are deleted automatically under their procedures. We do not keep personal information under other laws.
You and your legal representative may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Email us at the address in Section 10 and we will handle your request within the period required by law and tell you the result; a representative must include proof of authorization. You can delete information on your device by deleting the App, and turn off usage statistics directly in the App settings. If we refuse or only partly fulfill a request, we will tell you why and how to object, and you can object by email to the same address. Users in the EEA and the UK also have the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability. If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your personal information, contact us at the address in Section 10 and we will respond. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Right to object (users in the EEA and the UK): You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests (inquiry emails, website access logs, and loading public files such as fonts). To object, email us at the address in Section 10.
The App is not directed to children under 14.
In U.S. states where the app store provides age information, the app reads the age range the store provides on your device only and uses it to apply age-appropriate restrictions; the age range is not stored or sent anywhere. If you are not confirmed as an adult, usage statistics cannot be turned on.
We protect personal information through encryption in transit (HTTPS), by limiting access to admin accounts to the operator, and by keeping what you enter on your device instead of on our servers.
Any changes will be announced in-app or on this page at least 7 days before taking effect. Material changes (new data collection, expanded third-party sharing, etc.) will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
