본 이용약관은 한국에가면(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.
한국에가면은 원앤톤(won&tone, 대표 황지원, 이하 "운영자")이 운영하는 무료 서비스로, 한국 방문 때 필요한 항목을 체크리스트로 정리하고 나만의 여행 영수증을 만들어 줍니다. iOS 앱, Android 앱과 웹사이트로 제공하며, 모바일 앱을 이용할 때는 Apple App Store와 Google Play의 이용약관도 함께 적용됩니다.
이용자가 입력한 데이터(체크리스트 선택, 메모, 가격, 일정 등)는 기기 내 로컬 저장소에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제되며, 운영자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.
앱은 무료로 제공되며 인앱 결제를 포함하지 않습니다.
앱의 디자인, 코드, 콘텐츠 등 모든 지적재산권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 생성한 영수증 이미지는 이용자가 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱의 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
운영자는 운영상 필요에 따라 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있으며, 서비스 종료처럼 중요한 변경은 가능한 한 미리 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
본 약관이 변경될 경우 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 바뀐 약관은 시행일부터 적용되며, 동의하지 않으면 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 나라의 법이 보장하는 소비자 보호 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 서로 협의해 해결하도록 노력하며, 협의가 되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Korea Receipt ("App").
Korea Receipt is a free service operated by won&tone (representative: Jiwon Hwang, "Operator") that helps you organize things to do when visiting Korea through a checklist and makes a personalized travel receipt. It is provided as an iOS app, an Android app, and a website. When you use a mobile app, the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play also apply.
User-entered data (checklist selections, memos, prices, schedules) is stored only in local storage on the device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data, and the Operator cannot recover it.
The App is provided free of charge and contains no in-app purchases.
All intellectual property rights of the App's design, code, and content belong to the Operator. Receipt images generated by users may be freely used by the users.
Personal information in the App is handled under the Privacy Policy.
The Operator may change features of the App or end the service as needed for its operation, and will give notice of important changes, such as ending the service, in advance where possible through in-app notifications or this page.
If these terms change, the changes and their effective date will be communicated through in-app notifications or this page. The changed terms apply from their effective date, and if you do not agree, you may stop using the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the App will be resolved under applicable law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in the user's country of residence.
